Leaders work creatively to provide effective additional specialist provision. This includes the effective development and deployment of staff and resources. For example, ‘The Burrow’, enables pupils with complex needs to regulate their emotions, develop key skills and reintegrate successfully into mainstream classes. In a few instances this makes a profound difference to pupils.
