Initiatives such as ‘Reading Rhondda’ and ‘Magic Maths’ help parents and pupils develop essential social, literacy, and numeracy skills to support learning at home. To reduce socio-economic barriers, the school collaborates highly effectively with external partners to subsidise trips, recycle uniforms, provide food parcels, and run the parent-led ‘pay as you feel’ ‘Big Bocs Bwyd’ initiative.
